“Fantastic stay with top notch customer service! can’t wait to go back and stay!”
We had a baby shower at their events room; the Grenadier. The baby shower went so well, the food from The Cast Iron was delicious and the guests were all impressed. “Pleasant hotel, clean room, good customer service”
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Can’t ask for more than that really. The hoppa bus stops right And takes about 15 mins to airport (£12 one way) or the staff can call you a taxi. Pleasant stay before our onward journey, parked the car here for 2 weeks with no issues… more

“Best part was price and included parking”
Good deal for 1 night stay and parking. Parked up close to main entrance. Check in took ages not helped by language barrier. Had to provide photo ID and complete check in form then take separate form back to car to leave on dashboard. Paid for Club room. V dark and tiny window. Gave entry to Club l… more

So the hotel isn’t great. I was in room 3356 the floor is uneven. The room wasn’t the cleanest. I found hair that wasn’t mine on the bathroom floor. The shower pressure was great.
