“One of the better airport hotels”
I find this to be one of the better Heathrow hotels of those that are on the perimeter roads.. yes, you have to get a bus or shuttle or taxi from the airport but it's modern, comfortable, offers a great breakfast and was good value. “A highly recommended hotel to visit.”
What a beautiful hotel. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, our room was clean, large and spacious with a huge bed. The restaurant food for our evening meal and breakfast were both faultless and outstanding. The lounge area is well layed out with space enough to give privacy.

“Great sleep, poor breakfast service.”
Beds really comfy, pillows soft and fluffy - enjoyed a great nights sleep. Don't hear any noise from planes. Only let down by breakfast service, no clean tables to sit at, a good 10 min wait till any hot food come out. Food was ok when it did appear.

“Good Option before you fly from T5”
We stayed there twice within a short period. Both times before a flight. Perfect for that purpose although it is not that close to Terminal 5. There are other hotels closer.
