“Above expectations”
We booked this hotel last minute, the price online was showing as for two rooms as we had our 4 year old with us. Which obviously no good for us. So I called to book, receptionist was very helpful and gave us a very reasonable rate and told us she would get a single bed put in the room for our son… more

Although very close to the A13 the hotel in nice buildings is tucked away in a quiet location. The staff are great - friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be with. “Great hotel. Receptionist off her face!”
I really do hate to complain, as my first point of contact when I arrived to your hotel, both myself and my colleagues were disgusted. We was greeted by your receptionist, not sure of her name but she was clearly well and truly wasted. Not sure what on, but despite what it was does not make it okay… more
