“January night stay”
Excellent staff Amber was extremely helpful and pleasant when we checked in so would not hesitate to recommend her she is a credit to the hotel the room was upgraded from a single to a double room the furniture is modern and the tv is large the bed was extremely comfortable

“Birthday Break- Fabulous Time.”
I love this Hotel and it's beautiful decor, the lounge and dining area is perfect to relax in with coffee or a wine. “Station hotel”
We had to have a late check in due to shortness of staff on housekeeping.. however abby on reception was amazing and nothing was to much trouble, through a stressful shift she still had a lovely smile on her face. Made our night so much better. Thank you Abby!

“Visiting relatives”
Lovely hotel with lots of history and historical features. Easy access to the metro, buses and taxis. Food in the restaurant was good value and the service very good, Kiera who served us was polite, friendly and efficient. Will stay again when we come back in Feb.
