“Excellent Customer Service”
I cannot fault the Customer service by ALL staff in this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. I travel with work and stay here every month, staff always ask me how my journey was and more importantly know that I need a glass of wine when it comes to dinner! Staff are genuinely interested in everyone… more

“Absolutely spot on”
The room is nice and spacious, very relaxing, and very clean. The bed is king-size with amazing mattress and pillows. The shower is amazing. Great internet, coffee machine with pods, and a small fridge which is very helpful and useful. Parking is spot on. Very near too Team Valley shopping or Metro… more

“Perfect experience”
The staff are extremely polite and helpful and a quick thank you to Ricky for serving us. We will be staying again in the future as we have stayed here many times in the past. And the rooms are always excellent as we stay in a family room they are not to small.

“Ricky”
Breakfast time with Ricky is the best :) Lovely fresh made breakfast this morning as buffet wasn't on, order taken by Ricky all delivered to table correctly. Food was lovely warm and tasty We all enjoyed our breakfast together. See you next time hopefully Ricky is on when we next visit .

“Not Premier Plus”
The water was tepid and took 5 minutes to get to warm. I could not shave. Dirty underwear from previous customer under the seat. The extractor was on constantly and the air conditioning/ room temp control did not change despite making adjustments.
