“Perfect experience”
The staff are extremely polite and helpful and a quick thank you to Ricky for serving us. We will be staying again in the future as we have stayed here many times in the past. And the rooms are always excellent as we stay in a family room they are not to small.

Breakfast time with Ricky is the best :) Lovely fresh made breakfast this morning as buffet wasn't on, order taken by Ricky all delivered to table correctly. Food was lovely warm and tasty We all enjoyed our breakfast together. See you next time hopefully Ricky is on when we next visit .

“Awesome friendliness!!!”
Stopped here 28/11/24 and I’ve got to say one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Staff were awesome ( big shoutout to Steve who looked after us for breakfast). Modern hotel great parking 45-60mins from St James Park on foot 👍👍👍 Food great ( try festive menu🌲)

“Good value hotel offering a lovely breakfast”
Lovely hotel. One of my favourite premier inns although in my opinion it’s starting to look a bit shabby in places. Ricky did a fab job looking after us at breakfast which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable including my daughters travel bed.

“Not Premier Plus”
The water was tepid and took 5 minutes to get to warm. I could not shave. Dirty underwear from previous customer under the seat. The extractor was on constantly and the air conditioning/ room temp control did not change despite making adjustments.
