“Great Stay”
Friendly staff both on reception - Mark - and at breakfast which was very nice. Chef cooked poached eggs very nicely. The room looked like it had been fully refurbished recently and I’d describe ‘as new’ Free parking in the adjacent road. Location is very good for The Lees promenade and theatre

“Lovely stay away.”
Booked one of the suites for a night away. Arrived early so managed to park in the small carpark. Was greeted at the reception and was made welcome immediately. “Friendly reception and excellent value”
One night stay, welcoming friendly staff. Upgraded to superior twin room , very large and spacious, with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable and clean and would recommend this hotel, would stay again if in the area. Large hotel with clean spacious rooms, toiletries, tea and coffee

“Hotel and staff lovely, terrible breakfast.”
The hotel was lovely, decor was immaculate, beautiful seating areas. Staff were very friendly & informative. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was not only cold but there were no selection of eggs. The bacon was totally uncooked, very dissapointing.
