Booked one night with the purpose of having a bed to sleep in after a night out, and got far more than I expected for the value I paid. Was able to park in the customer parking area. The carpark is of a limited size and a bit tricky to maneuver as a result, but ample parking is also available on the street. Check-in was nice and easy. The host at reception was very kind and polite, happy to answer my questions. My room was spacious and spotless, and amenities were provided in abundance. The bed was large and very, VERY comfortable; it was difficult to part ways with it. Same with the bathtub - very large and access to hot water is ready on-demand. TV was huge and beautiful quality also. The room's design was quite modern and I enjoyed the decoration in my room, as well as the rocking chairs provided (they were really fun). There's a little bit of signage in the bathroom explaining the environmental impact of your water and towel usage, which I appreciated. I liked seeing that the hotel is run by people with an environmentally conscientious mindset. For breakfast, I had the "Lerryn Cornish". Service was as happy and helpful as when I checked in, and the food was delicious; best fry-up breakfast I've had in a while, and one of the best things you could possibly wake up to after a Halloween night-out in Falmouth. Ingredients were clearly fresh and local, and the quality of the breakfast and dining situation was fantastic and very picturesque. Wi-Fi is available to guests, but the password is at the reception, not in the rooms, so keep an eye out for that. Staff were also very helpful in getting my check-out time extended (there is an additional charge, of course) to allow me a couple more hours in bed, considering I'd gotten back to the hotel at roughly 4:50AM. Learning that this is a family-run business was no surprise, and I greatly appreciate and respect seeing an accommodation offering so genuine and authentically Cornish in my home-county. Would choose this over my friend's sofa any day.

Just had a very enjoyable visit at The Lerryn, very warm and pleasant welcome I had a very spacious bedroom looking out towards the sea, only the weather preventing an amazing view!! Breakfast was great, I order the night before as I needed an early getaway the following day, everything cooked to perfection I had my Jack Russell, of which there was a small supplement to pay (understandable), I popped her in the car before breakfast, I had read couple other reviews who was disappointed not to take there dogs in the dining room, be respectful to other guest everyone, not everyone likes dogs. Will be returning

Arrived at hotel friendly and efficient check in had an upgrade nice surprise. Room was very clean and well aired Breakfast was excellent well cooked and top notch service by Lisa who by the look of it does everything reception cooking waiting Lisa was always friendly and smiling your very lucky to have her working at the hotel. When I visit Falmouth again I will definitely stay again and recommend.
