I want to highlight the amazing amazing service given to me by Ipek. She dealt with a query I had about a room and she was absolutely fantastic. When I arrived she greeted me politely, listened to my query about a room and gave me every single bit of information I needed. She then later on helped me dealt with my query and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I was unsure about the room layout and aesthetic for an occasion - and she went above and beyond, out of her way, to answer every single question despite a busy reception and handling the desk alone. Her skills are unmatched and her professionalism is phenomenal. She then also set up a viewing for each and every room I enquired about just to ensure I was happy and fully informed. I cannot stress how pleased I am with her service and the rest of the service given to me by the staff at the Prince Regent, but particularly Ipek. I recommend to deal with her and I would appreciate her hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction to be acknowledged. She is an asset to the staff team and want to thank her personally again for her incredible service - she represented the hotel venue very very well.

“Extremely helpful staff and great location and service”
My family of 3 including a 2 year old have stayed at this place for over 20 days due to my house undergoing refurbishment. The staff was so helpful during our stay and managed to keep us in the same room even though when they had limited availability. The meetings and events team are fantastic, and go above and beyond to meet our event requirements, as well as providing support on the day for any last minute needs/changes. Support staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable, especially for our attendees with additional needs. Great variety and quality of the food and refreshments, caters to a wide range of dietary requirements. Thank you to the brilliant team for their support so far, and we look forward to continuing to hold meetings at this venue.

We visited this hotel for afternoon tea . The staff are pleasant and we were promptly seated . We were served by Aroop and a young girl ( sorry can’t remember her name ) Both of them were very polite and professional. They came to us a few times to ask if we needed a refill for the tea and also if all was ok . The sandwiches were freshly made and the scones were warm . The cakes were delicious too . Overall a brilliant experience.
