“Solo traveller”

The room was clean, and I felt secure as a solo traveler thanks to the 24/7 reception and the double lock on the door. The single room is compact, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and I felt secure as a solo traveler thanks to the 24/7 reception and the double lock on the door. The single room is compact, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is the standout, the rainfall shower was fantastic. The staff are very friendly. Very quiet residential area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. You are a 5 minute walk from both Baron's Court and West Kensington tube stations. The only issue I encountered was that the hairdryer in my room was quite weak.

Nice visit, I booked a petite single room as would t be in my room much as would mainly be with friends for the cup final. Nice visit, I booked a petite single room as would t be in my room much as would mainly be with friends for the cup final. Room was very small, I got a shock at first, felt like a cupboard but I got used to it and honestly if you are ok your own in London and want something reasonable and clean just to get your head down it’s ideal. 15 mins for Piccadilly Circus so great to get about from. I drove and just parked in Westfield at Shepherd’s Bush as had previously when staying in Shepherd’s Bush. Not cheap but secure. Wished I had asked about the street rates as loads of space to park on the street outside the hotel so I would enquire next time or if you are visiting

I booked this last minute for a good price as I unexpectedly visited London. This is an outstanding hotel. It is very modern and comfortable. Very close to two tube lines and about 20 minutes from the London attractions. It is located on what appeared to be a residential street. It was a very attractive setting. The desk staff was not all that friendly but that was not a huge issue for me. I would highly recommend.

“Average at best”

The entrance to the hotel is very narrow, making a long winded check in more difficult as other guests are trying to pass by to exit. The staff at the check in desk aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. There is no lift so we had quite the workout lugging our cases up lots of flights of stair… more

The entrance to the hotel is very narrow, making a long winded check in more difficult as other guests are trying to pass by to exit. The staff at the check in desk aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. There is no lift so we had quite the workout lugging our cases up lots of flights of stairs. The room was fairly spacious and well cleaned but looked quite worn - not as fresh as the pictures! There was lots included in the room; kettle (but no tea, coffee or mugs), hairdryer, tv etc but not a lot of it worked… the tv turned on but had no channels, the thermostat didn’t work, a handful of plug sockets didn’t work. The bed was somewhat comfortable, quite firm but that depends on preference. Not that I managed to get any sleep anyway because there was a large square hole in our ceiling that only had a thin piece of cardboard covering it and could be pushed up. I’m not sure what was up there but there was some strange noises in the night that terrified me. Definitely over priced for the quality and I wouldn’t stay again.
