“I would highly recommend W12 Rooms”
The hotel was in a great location, right beside Shepherds Bush train station, also beside Westfield shopping center. I would highly recommend JD Wetherspoons across the road for value meals and drinks. The staff couldn't have been more helpful (especially Andlis who was so obliging and friendly). T… more
The hotel was in a great location, right beside Shepherds Bush train station, also beside Westfield shopping center. I would highly recommend JD Wetherspoons across the road for value meals and drinks. The staff couldn't have been more helpful (especially Andlis who was so obliging and friendly). The rooms were comfortable, we stayed in the deluxe room. Will definitely be back next time we are in London.

“Amazing staff, great room”
The team at W12 Rooms were so accommodating and kind! I came down to London for the Eras Tour, and couldn't take all my bags into the concert. They offered to arrange an early check in, which also made it easier to get to my room when I got back. My room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. It h… more
The team at W12 Rooms were so accommodating and kind! I came down to London for the Eras Tour, and couldn't take all my bags into the concert. They offered to arrange an early check in, which also made it easier to get to my room when I got back. My room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, and a window that could be opened for fresh air. The air con was fantastic and easy to adjust. 10/10 would recommend.

Very happy with my stay thanks. This is a “bed and a shower” place, with smallish room, comfortable 4-foot bed and excellent en-suite shower. Decor is smart, rooms are clean and serviced each day, and staff are friendly. There are a lot of stairs/no lift and the entrance is just a door off the stre… more
Very happy with my stay thanks. This is a “bed and a shower” place, with smallish room, comfortable 4-foot bed and excellent en-suite shower. Decor is smart, rooms are clean and serviced each day, and staff are friendly. There are a lot of stairs/no lift and the entrance is just a door off the street. But for somewhere simple to stay, I was v happy. Location is right next to Shepherds Bush tube/bus station.

A very average experience. The first thing that greeted us was the overwhelming smell of stale BO from the chap at reception. Sorry but this isn’t ok, no matter how helpful and polite you were. A very average experience. The first thing that greeted us was the overwhelming smell of stale BO from the chap at reception. Sorry but this isn’t ok, no matter how helpful and polite you were. The room was tired; the air con kept reverting to 28 degrees c, and the sink didn’t have a working plug. The toilet kept flushing unless you thumped the flusher button, and the various burn marks on the dressing table were a little grim. The bed was comfortable, although two pillow cases would have helped to hid the hideously stained pillows. Ditto for the sheet and mattress. Crockery was very clean and the towels were nice. The view from the window was poor, due to the ongoing refurbishment on the exterior of the property. Note that there is no food served here, but there are loads of great coffee shops just around the corner, and the rooms are right above a co-op. This is a very busy and noisy road junction, so even on the second floor the secondary glazing is only so effective.
