“Amazing staff, great room”
The team at W12 Rooms were so accommodating and kind! I came down to London for the Eras Tour, and couldn't take all my bags into the concert. They offered to arrange an early check in, which also made it easier to get to my room when I got back. My room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. It h… more

“Excellent all round”
Stopped for one night. Hotel is right outside Shepherds Bush tube station. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money and very well placed. Rooms nicely decorated, very comfortable and would definitely use again.

“ Very pleasant stay”
Unassuming from the outside but a treasure inside. From the moment you walk up the stairs you will see how tastefully it is decorated and very modern too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a minute to Shepards Bush underground and overground with plenty of restaurants near by.
