“Brilliant, great staff”
Fabulous staff who immediately made us feel welcome. We had had a tough time getting to the hotel due to closed tube stations etc, our phones had ran out of battery and we had arrived late in the night, very dark outside and feeling quite scared. “Amazing staff!”
Zac, Kim and Ade are an asset to the team! They made our stay amazing. Thank you for being so welcoming from the very start and throughout. Such a great location a stone throw away fr the nearest tube station and train stations. Would highly recommend this location.

“Good stay”
Value for money. Excellent staff. Great bed and good sized room. Could be cleaner and better maintained but okay. Very good parking facility and bus connections.

“My trip”
Bath was covered in paint...shower was poor...fire alarm activated by drunks at 2.30am...noise from outside was quite loud, police cars etc

“Battersea Hotel”
The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly central but everywhere in London seems to be an hour away. There are a number of dining choices close-by.
