“Lovely stay in beautiful hotel”
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Our junior suite had everything that we needed and everything was very stylish. The location is near to tube to get around and explore London. We didn't eat in restaurant but had a decent breakfast and all the staff were very friendly.

“Watch out for hidden charges.”
The hotel is nice and the rooms comfortable and spacious with good amenities. We were there for two days visiting our new granddaughter and so made little use of the hotel facilities - though the pool and gym looked good. “be vigilant during your check-in !”
Every time I come to this hotel I have problems with either the room or additional charges that are often hidden and that seriously increase the final bill. Recently we found ourselves in a basement room overlooking a parking lot with work and a huge ventilation pipe that was humming all the time..… more

“Another business trip”
Hotel is in a nice area, convenient and quiet. Gym/Pool is fantastic, open 6am to 12pm so you can workout after work, which is great for non-boozy business trips. The breakfast menu has a lot of Middle Eastern vegetarian options. Good service from most staff.

“Average Hotel”
Hotel and room were good, location is okay, hotel customer service was bad, I booked through Marriott website, bt Hotel does not offer facilities for Marriott members, no late checkout or upgrade, even I am Platinum Member for Marriott Bonvoy
