“Great hotel and staff”
Great service and hotel, Romero was really helpful in welcoming us and showing around the amenities. He took care of the luggage and always asked if a taxi was needed. One complaint is the shower draining is too slow and the water gets everywhere because there is no door.

“Wonderful Stay at The Westminster!”
The room was very nice with a great view! Restaurant food was delicious. Hotel staff and concierge were very polite and helpful! Hotel was walking distance from the Westminster Abbey and other fun sites! I would definitely stay there again!

“Concierge made our stay!”
This review pertains mainly to the concierge at The Westminster. Adelino and his team were amazing starting before we arrived. He helped us to arrange car service to and from the airport. During our stay, we went to a show, high tea and had many more experiences with help from the concierge team… more

“Solid choice for family trip”
Convenient location, comfortable bed, good service (Romero in particular, was consistently helpful). They were a bit stingy with towels, and fitness center is pretty cramped. But overall, Family had a nice 5-day stay. Our suite was nice but standard room was tight.
