“Wonderful hotel in a great position”
We stayed in an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge. From the doorman to receptionist to the staff in the lounge everyone was very friendly, professional and very welcoming. “Kind service”
The door staff and concierge took excellent care of us and were especially kind and accommodating to traveling with an elderly. Thank you Douglas Reid and friends! Check in was easy and early. Thank you for the management for the welcome arrangements in the suite. Very much appreciated!!

“A place to stay and enjoy”
Alex Robson and His team where excellent and they made our stay very enjoyable! they went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time in London. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff is so accommodating it will make your trip that much better.
