“First time in London”
Staff friendly and polite, hotel it self was amazing, rooms paint work around the windows could do with a refresh because the view was fantastic and you could spend ages looking out at night. And the outside bar (The Lawn) was brilliant, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

“Great location, Comfy beds, Go out for Breakfast.”
The Hotel itself looked more like a prison with its grey walls, however the location was great and from our bed room we had a brilliant view of Tower bridge, watching it light up in the dark cloudy sky was lovely.
