“A lovely weekend ”

Arrived for a weekend with my partner. We recently got engaged and the hotel put balloons, rose petals, proseco and dessert in our room when we arrived. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room is perfect ! We are enjoying our stay!!

Lovely hotel in a fab location. Very helpful and friendly staff, genuinely care about your stay. Lovely room with a big comfy bed and soft pillows, everything very clean. Hospitality very good, glass of Prosecco on check in, complimentary bottle of wine, fresh fruit and truffles 👍👍. Enjoyed our stay very much and when in London again we’ll definitely stay here.

“Good Central Hotel”

Good location. Nice rooms and staff were helpful. However, the breakfast room is quite small and would get crowded. No bar or other place to sit and relax. Good location. Nice rooms and staff were helpful. However, the breakfast room is quite small and would get crowded. No bar or other place to sit and relax. Expensive but then all hotels in London seem to have gotten like that. Stayed for 4 nights. Could have gone abroad for a week (flights & hotel) for the same money. Only did it because I was going to a concert.

“Location is unbeatable”

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we booked a Club Twin room. It was located on the third floor and we had a city view. The staff was always very welcoming with smiles. Location was great, close to Chinatown and theater area. And there are two underground stations within a 7-10 min walk. Once we were able to check in, our room had a very overwhelming perfume smell. I cracked the window and we left to grab a bite to eat. Thankfully the smell dissipated while we were gone. There has been an extra layer of windows installed to help with the street noise. On the third floor the street noise was not bad but I cannot speak to what it would be like on ground level. The bathroom was nicely updated, big fluffy towels and bathrobes to lounge in. The provided hygeine products had a very pronounced smell, kind of reminded me of my 6th grade principle's cologne. It did the job of cleansing but in my opinion, not very neutral for all genders. The beds were very firm, but I expect that anywhere in the UK. If you need to do any work or business that requires wifi, i would suggest finding a cafe near by to do it. The connection was very slow and would drop signal every ten minutes. I would consider staying here again, but would definitely bring my own bath products
