“Great staff, rooms and location”
The staff were very helpful: getting us into our rooms early after red-sye flights, helping with luggage, and providing power plug adapters. “Excellent location”
Stayed here for one night in double room. Location excellent. 5 minutes from earls Court tube station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel is a beautiful building in a stunning area of Kensington. Room was good, spacious and comfy bed. Fridge in room too with complimentary bottles of water. ... more

“Smelly, noisy room but in a good location ”
Spacious room and good location but very bad smell from drains that they try (and fail) to mask with airfreshner. Also kept awake from the sound of the bar (room 103) Would not stay here again, much better options normally for the money we spent
