“Best Hotel Experience”
One of the best boutique hotels Ihave every stayed at. Service was top notch, opening doors, carrying luggage, security noticed my door slightly opened and checked on me. Asked for a small ice bucket to chill a small item,delivered a refrigerator Unbelievable experience. Clean, quiet , friendly

“The Fondue was amazing.”
We recently stopped by the beautiful hotel to try its fondue and what a fab experience! After going through the bar, we arrived at the chalet built for the occasion and it was so well done. We recently stopped by the beautiful hotel to try its fondue and what a fab experience! After going through the bar, we arrived at the chalet built for the occasion and it was so well done. We ordered a fondue for 2 with some butternut squash and a selection of cold meats. It was just the best fondue I've had in years! After our dinner, we made it back to the bar to relax with a cocktail while listening to some live jazz music. Such a beautiful place! I can't wait to come back.

“Lovely hotel”
Fantastic hotel in a good location. The rooms are very comfortable with thick curtains to block out light. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent too. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London

“Warm welcome in a wintry London afetrnoon”
Afternoon tea here was a lovely experience. The ambience of the hotel is really special with every attention offered to guests. Particularly thanks to Everett Chambers for looking after us so well and to our lovely waiter Krjistof. Food was delicious and we had a memorable afternoon. Many thanks.

Cannot fault this hotel or it’s wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and always on hand to assist. Cannot fault this hotel or it’s wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and always on hand to assist. We had afternoon tea which was just perfect & well priced, we also took advantage of the complimentary hot chain the lounge after we arrived as it was a cold & rainy day outside. The room we had was a king garden view, which was adequately sized with a lovely comfy bed & it was so quiet so slept extremely well. Can’t wait to stay here again
