The staff were exceptional in anticipating our needs and providing service without disrupting the proceedings. The quality of the food was also excellent. Took my teenage daughter to Londen and stayed at the Mandeville. We were both very happy with that choice, The hotel has an excellent location just off Oxford street and Selfridges. Loads of small and cool restaurants in the neigbourhood. Many buses stops at Selfridges where there is also a metro stop. Very good breakfast and super alert breakfast staff! Can definately recommend this hotel and will for sure book again. Comfortable beds and very good bathroom products. Handhold showerhead

From the moment we walked in we were impressed by the lobby ! Decorated in beautiful wallpaper. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Bathroom had separate shower . The breakfast was just superb with high quality ingredients which makes a real change
