Amazingly helpful customer service from Stefanie. Amazingly helpful customer service from Stefanie. I left behind a bag of toiletries (and jewellery) which was presumably handed in by the cleaning staff and kept safely in the office whilst I tried various ways of accessing it (I live in Spain!). After more than a dozen emails (efficiently and rapidly dealt with), it is being packaged up and posted to the London office of my son-in-law for him to bring over to me when next he is there! Amazing!

Booked on travelzoo absolute bargain. Great hotel, good facilities, lovely room and fabulous breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and very attentive would definitely stay again

“Great option for hotel in this area”
If you’re looking for a hotel that isn’t right in central London this is it. Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable hotel with buses at the door and underground a 4 min walk. Stayed 4 times now and will again

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The room was nice & clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. We would stay again if we were in the area.
