My husband, teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights. We LOVE this boutique hotel. First, the staff is among the friendliest and well trained I have come across. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful, and every detail is thought of. We loved the table set in front of the fireplace for us for tea, and for an impromptu lunch after we arrived. The cleaning staff is marvelous - the room was spotless, and every time the room was serviced, it was perfectly done. The mattress is extremely comfortable, and the pillows and towels are plush. The rooms are well-appointed with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, etc. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the homemade shortbread bites that are always available in the lobby, and are also in your room. I just checked out this morning, and I already miss them. We had an afternoon cream tea at the hotel, which was lovely and I recommend you book for during your stay. Lunch was also good. The location is great - on a quiet street but within 10 minutes' walk of two tube stations. The only issue we had was with some noise on our first morning (but not on the following two mornings), with doors slamming and some conversations in the hallway outside our door. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in London. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at the Egerton House Hotel who made our stay so wonderful!

“Gem of a hotel in London”
I absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. Every detail was perfect. It’s like a sophisticated country house hotel in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely stay there again. The food and service were exemplary and the ambiance warm and inviting. I loved it.

“One of the best world wide ! Truly exceptional.”
The Egerton House Hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in worldwide. It has a great location, amazing service, exceptional breakfast, and very stylish decor. We were made to feel at home, so much that we have re-booked to stay on two more occasions this year.

The Egerton House Hotel is the calm to my whirlwind 2 day (3 night) stays in London with business and even when I bring my young family to stay in the summer. The team go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and easy as it could be. It truly is the best location and most beautiful hotel with every little detail thought of. Lots of smiles from everyone and the most delicious food. I am always sad to leave. When I bring two little girls to stay their approach doesn't change.
