“Luggage and Front of House”
The 5 star review is for Mohammed who made who helped me with moving and storing my luggage and was kind, efficient and patient. Top notch service. Also the front of house staff who were super helpful when I arrived and when I was leaving. Excellent!

“Fantastic find in Central London”
Great hotel in a fantastic location! Staff all very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was a bit manic, due to the Newcastle game - but food was good and plentiful. Lovely room with lots of nice extra touches like the free water bottles and mini bar! Would highly recommend and definitely be back!

“Fab london stay”
Lovely hotel in the heart of London. Close to covent garden. Very comfortable bed. Lovely room with all the necessities. Even received a little gift for my mum as it was her birthday. Thank you to Alisha at reception and to James in the bar for wonderful service.

“Nice Experience”
Great checkin experience, thanks to Alisha. She was quite professional and helpful. The rooms are decent and value for money. The bed was a bit too soft for my comfort. But overall a good experience considering the location especially for first time visitors to London.
