“Excellent afternoon tea, great service”
Excellent afternoon tea, great service and a really special venue. Our server Freddy couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. I had Gluten Free and it was very similar to the ‘normal’ one - would definitely recommend! Such a nice treat.

“High up tea time experience at the Shard”
Had a lovely and enjoyable tea time at TING at Shangri-La the Shard ! Food was tasty and original - excellente service and special thanks to Jing for all her attention to us ! The views over London city is outstanding and perfect after a nice walk along the river. Will be back !

“Afternoon Tea at the Shard”
Jing provided a very high level of service for our afternoon tea at the Shard. She was really accommodating and friendly, really couldn’t do enough for us. We highly recommend coming here for a special occasion. Lovely views and a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
