“Good option to stay in Hammersmith London area”
Amazing customer support from Mr. Naeem, the person supporting with the check in: he accepted early check in and also provided an upgrade for the room, as my paid room was not available yet. “Aranit on reception is a star”
Great little hotel Turned up well before check in The guys on reception looked after our luggage . Once I checked it we met Aranit on Reception As it was my 65 Birthday he sang Happy Birthday to me in Albanian Couldn’t have been a better start to my Birthday

“First class staff”
A very warm welcome by Aranit who made sure that I was very happy with my accommodation. He is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Room was spotless. Ideally placed and in the centre of all amenities and bus and underground services to Central London.
