“Amazing Experience”
My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel many times, a first class five-star hotel, serving first class food served and run by first class staff, our room overlooked Hyde Park, as farmers this was very special, it felt like we were back on our farm in Somerset. My wife and I have stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel many times, a first class five-star hotel, serving first class food served and run by first class staff, our room overlooked Hyde Park, as farmers this was very special, it felt like we were back on our farm in Somerset. A special mention to Joyce who served our breakfast in our room and Jason the doorman who were both brilliant, both a credit to the hotel.

“A Perfect place to stay”
This is the first time we have stayed at the Royal garden but it won’t be the last. The level of service was superb from check in which was seamless to the care and attention throughout our stay. This is the first time we have stayed at the Royal garden but it won’t be the last. The level of service was superb from check in which was seamless to the care and attention throughout our stay. Our room was roomy, excellently equipped and had amazing views over the park and Kensington Palace. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced and the quality, selection and service was outstanding. We are involved in the travel industry and own a bespoke travel company working in Southern Africa and work hard to find hotels with these standards. Well done to everyone one at the Royal Garden.

What a great experience! When I booked our stay, I based in on the generally good reviews and nice rooms (so clean and comfortable), but they went above and beyond. What a great experience! When I booked our stay, I based in on the generally good reviews and nice rooms (so clean and comfortable), but they went above and beyond. They gifted our toddler son a beautiful bag of activities (drawing book, pencils, etc...), toys, and sweets. It was such a welcomed delight after a long day of travel. Furthermore, after running into delays and the airport and traffic on the way into the city, we had to cancel our original dinner reservations. The hotel restaurant was fully booked, but they found space in the bar to accommodate our entire family. Appreciated the wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend for travelling with kids.

“Beautiful view, enjoyable stay!”
Very comfortable bed, beautiful view of Kensington Gardens, helpful and friendly staff (Martin was so lovely!), beautiful breakfast in the hotel restaurant with plenty of choice and even calorie information on each item! Super clean and great location

The main beds are quite firm, however the children's put up beds are deliciously soft and comfortable. Superb breakfast!
