“Fantastic Hotel”
The best hotel I have stayed in the staff, rooms, restaurant and location all fantastic credit where credit is due cannot wait to return all staff super friendly and food at breakfast biggest choice and excellent quality, rooms very clean large lovely comfy beds with great bathrooms

“Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Richmond :)”
Tushar went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing stay - we stay here regularly as this is in walking distance to pubs, parks, country walks, shops and restaurants as well as walks along the River Thames. Looking forward to staying again soon!

“A little gem on Richmond Hill”
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful position on Richmond Hill. Can’t fault the hotel. Wonderful service from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. Warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend the breakfast. So much choice plus the waiter told us to take some muffins with us as we left.… more

“First class service, in a lovely hotel”
What a lovely hotel!! On entering, the receptionist was so friendly, really chatty. Not what I would call "a typical" receptionist. (I wish I had her name) She was mentoring a young lady for work experience. The room was small, and comfortable. The "bathroom" was like an IKEA space saving area. Re… more
What a lovely hotel!! On entering, the receptionist was so friendly, really chatty. Not what I would call "a typical" receptionist. (I wish I had her name) She was mentoring a young lady for work experience. The room was small, and comfortable. The "bathroom" was like an IKEA space saving area. Really functional. Which I quite like. Unfortunately we didn't have dinner in the restaurant, but we did have breakfast. A full on buffet.. and when I say full on... it was.. the array and choice of food was stupendous! Anything you could possibly think of, from muffins, to cheeses, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, and my favourite.. rice pudding with acai and prunes. Again the staff couldn't do any more to help.
