The top reviews of Radisson Blu Kenilworth Hotel, London are: We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location for us, close to the tube but also in walking distance to the two shows we went to see. Check in was easy and we had a nice room on the first floor. They also allowed us to have a later check out (from 11am to 12pm) with no problem or extra charge which was really appreciated as we wanted to rest before the journey home. The room had everything you would need, hair dryer, Ironing board and iron, fridge (a huge bonus) bottled water, coffee machine and kettle with the usual teas and coffee bits. We had slippers and were supposed to have robes I believe but there wasn’t any, sadly every time we went to ask at reception it was busy so we didn’t feel it was worth the wait to ask. The TV on the wall was in a bit of an odd place but it was on a good moveable bracket, no issue. The rooms also have a button in the room by the door as a “do not disturb” which lights up outside the room for the house keepers to take notice of (or should take notice of). It was a huge frustration that the house keepers rang the room door bell at 10am on the morning of our check out, the first time we ignored it, mainly as we didn’t know what it was, it was a loud strange noise and a alarm type light went off in the room, at one point I thought it was a fire alarm. They then rang the door bell again and knocked, we answered and they wanted to know what time we are checking out? Really? It was even an hour before the standard check out time. If it says “do not disturb” then that’s what is expected unless it’s something important. I would add breakfast at £25 per person seems very excessive. All in all a good trip, friendly and helpful if not busy reception and a good stay..

“Good stay”

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location for us, close to the tube but also in walking distance to the two shows we went to see. “Not a four star hotel”

Stayed here as a friend was a Radisson member and wanted his points! Very disappointing rooms double bed only not sure a king size would fit! Onky one pillow each on the bed tried ringing reception over ten times to request another one ! Must hotels have a spare one in the wardrobe. They couldn’... more
