“Excellent Stay - Great View from the Premium Rooms”

I had a fantastic stay and wish I'd caught the name of the wonderful lady on reception, what a star you have there Mr Radisson Blu!! “Great hotel in a great location”

Can highly recommend this hotel, checking in is streamline and reception team very efficient and friendly. Rooms big and airy. The bar is great for a cocktail and to relax in, bartender polite. Location is amazing and the hotel is value for money in that area.

“Deeply disappointing”

Deeply disappointing. Lovely location and priced accordingly so no complaints. A formula hotel is a formula hotel. But to find the bar in a so called 5⭐️ hotel in the middle of London’s West End closing at 10:30 pm, repeat 10:30 pm, even to hotel guests is a screaming joke. Never again

“Not Radisson usual standard”

Restaurant, bar and reception all lovely but rooms are just so tired and dated. Old dark wood furniture, loose fixtures, marks/scrapes on walls and old mattresses. Room felt grubby which is disappointing as with a bit of tlc could be so much better.

I'm not a fan of large chain hotels, preferring the quirk of independents, but on this occasion, the combination of great price and great location made this a no brainer for my itinerary. It goes without saying that if you want to be in close proximity to theatres, restaurants and tube stations, Leicester Square is a superb base. I feared this might mean a noisy room, but this certainly wasn't the case for me, my Premium room, up on the 7th floor, was a cocoon of peace and tranquility. And what a view from the window! (photo attached). Premium rooms are spacious, with a pleasant, fresh but traditional decoration. They offer a mini-fridge (albeit empty) and hot beverage making (albeit just 2 measly teabags!). I didn't dine in-house but the hotel has a restaurant overlooking Leicester Square, alongside its Pommery Champagne Terrace Bar. Would return, lots to commend..
