The location and room amenities of these serviced apartments is excellent. We have stayed many times and keep returning because everything you require is provided. Additionally, it is reassuring to have reception staff 24 hours in case of anything arising. On our most recent stay we needed assistance with a couple of things and Alex at the front desk was absolutely brilliant, he went out of his way to help with our enquries and meet our requests as quickly as possible, nothing was too much trouble; Earls Court tube station and local M&S/Co-op and restaurants are a 2 minute walk yet the apartments are in a quiet residential area with no street noise to speak of. Inside the building rooms are well sound proofed and quiet, rarely seeing other guests although there are 50 rooms. Several of the rooms we have stayed in over recent years would benefit from new curtains or blinds, some are tired and worn. These are minor details in the grand scheme of things but actually inexpensive to put right and would enhance the rooms along with a cafetiere coffee maker in all rooms. Overall a great stay once again and we will return.

My second time staying here and will definitely be back next time I'm in London. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are compact, but they have everything you need. Beds are super comfy too! And the location just can't be beaten. A few mins walk to Earls Court tube makes it super easy to get to and from Heathrow airport. Alex at reception was a legend, always greeting us with a smile. And the doorman was always there to give a helping hand with our luggage and just generally be on hand to help out with whatever we needed.

“Clean, Convenient, Courteous Staff”

We had a first floor studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the 3 of us. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful -- eager to answer our questions. Two blocks from Earls Court Underground Station. One block from grocery store, shops and restaurants. Our kitchenette had everything we needed. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

“Good location and staff, beware of noise”

We stayed in the executive studio over 2 wks on separate stays, both over week days and wkends. Firstly location is fantastic. 5min walk to Earl's Court station which has direct train from Heathrow and is no more than 1 interchange away from most of London's attractions. We were generally about 30mins from main attractions on the tube. Something I didn't appreciate before I booked the London hotel is the good thing about staying somewhere with more than 1 tube line running through (Earl's Court has District and Picadilly). London tube lines are frequently down in sections (eg station A to B) due to various mechanical or other issues. We were caught more than once and because Earl's Court had more than 1 line, we could detour home via other lines. Along the main road outside Earl's Court station you have 3 supermarkets, plenty of fast food, pubs, restaurants. This area is mostly residential and relatively affluent, so its pleasant to walk around and quiet. Reception staff Alex and Michael were excellent. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was as per description, around 26sqm and it was relatively large by London standards. Kitchen is decent. Aircon is strong and good which was much appreciated when it was rather hot when we visited. Could do with more towel racks or some hooks for towels. Also could do with some counter space in the bathroom. The main criticism of room is soundproofing - especially the ceilings, we could hear the person above us just walking (no, they weren't wearing high heels or anything like that, its was just the dull thud of someone's footsteps). And this was made worse when the room above decided to do exercise at 7am everyday. I think they were jumping rope and our room literally shook. The curtains in the room were shaking with every bounce! Also, there's a couple of things that is not made clear on their website: - it states some rooms are in the basement. What this actually means is that the rooms may not be accessible by a lift. The first room we stayed in was 1 flight of stairs down (no lift available). The second room we stayed in was 2 separate flights of stairs (one of which had a lift). Something to be mindful of if stairs is challenging. Note that although rooms are in basement, there can still be sunlight in these rooms (but I went in summer when sunlight is plentiful). - it states rooms have washer/dryer but not all rooms have a dryer. the 2 rooms we stayed at had only a washer and they supply a drying rack. Not a huge problem and clothes are mostly dry overnight with the aircon on. But it does take longer so beware if you were expecting to do last minute laundry. - also on laundry, they do not provide laundry powder (but they provide dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, and just about every other cleaning product you would expect!?). When I asked reception, they said they do not provide it, it cannot be purchased at reception, so you must go buy it at the supermarkets and hope it is open when you need to do laundry. So expect to buy a whole box of laundry detergent or bring your own. Its not a big deal but if management insists on not providing laundry detergent, at least make it clear on the hotel website.
