“Excellent Elger and Tomas! Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff.”
I have been staying at The President Hotel for a few days every week for the past 4 weeks to attend a course at UCLH. It has been a comfortable stay and very enjoyable. I have been staying at The President Hotel for a few days every week for the past 4 weeks to attend a course at UCLH. It has been a comfortable stay and very enjoyable. Elger, who works on the front desk, couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with various different things over the weeks and was always kind and cheery. An asset to your hotel! Thanks Elger ☺️ Tomas, who works in the restaurant, has also been an incredible help and very friendly. “Amazing experience, fantastic staff”
Had a wonderful, jazzy time - Lucie and Nico's bar team took amazing care of us. We walked out feeling like VIPs (we're not) - the live music was wonderful, and they were happy to take a wide range of song requests. Incredibly generous staff, would definitely recommend!

New hotel on our programme and what a pleasant surprise. “Fabulous hotel with great customer service ”
We have had an excellent stay at The President Hotel. Staff- everyone was very friendly which contributed towards a lovely atmosphere. We have had an excellent stay at The President Hotel. Staff- everyone was very friendly which contributed towards a lovely atmosphere. Exceptional customer seriously really does count and this hotel have nailed it. Food- the brekfast was probably the best I have ever had in a hotel. Food was good quality, which is rare with buffets. Location- within easy walking distance of British museum, West End, Convent Garden and Soho. The hotel itself was very clean and luxurious, but for a good price. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit London and I have already recommended it to friends and priced up a return visit. My only 'gripe' would be that you can sometimes hear guests in the other rooms if they were particularly loud, but that is to be expected. Overall, probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in and will definitely visit again.

Reasonable price and good location central London. Room rather cold. Chromecast was not working (but was working previous visits) and advised to contact some external company (didn't waste my time). Fast free WiFi, which has improved a lot over the years. Breakfast was expensive and at 7 AM was tepid and not hot. Better room heating and functioning IT would have made this a 5/5 hotel visit.
