“Good value hotel ”
A good value London hotel. Check in was friendly and efficient and the hotel is well situated for Paddington station. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms and bathroom, although well designed and clean, are very small. It was ok for one night but no longer!

“Great value”
We had an over night trip and needed to be near Paddington station: for £100 this was great. Room is clean and new; quite a good size: we were first floor with a window. It’s a little noisy and yes you can hear the tube but it’s not too bad. All comfortable and very clean

“Great place!”
Great place with excellent staff the breakfast they offer is also very good although the rooms are pretty tiny so are the bathrooms itd also pretty close to a train station and other good restaurants would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Point a hotels are good. They are clean and feel different, probably because the rooms are small, but I don't mind that. There is no mucky, dusty carpet in the bedrooms, and that is a bonus.
