“Beautiful hotel”
We loved our stay at the Phoenix hotel a lot. Wonderful, central location nearby many public transportation. The service is really good, there was delicious breakfast and very friendly staff! Times for check in and check out were also very convenient.

“London’s best kept secret.”
Couldn’t be more impressed! The staff were extremely friendly & super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was a great way to start your day! Ideally located, just minutes from 3 different tube stations.

“Very good hotel.”
I liked the cleanliness, that the towels were changed daily, very comfortable bed, as were the pillows. The breakfast was ok, but I would have liked more protein and less hyperglycemic foods. Very close to Bayswater underground station on Circle line.

Very well located hotel, in an area where we've stayed many times previously.
