On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Thank you”
Its our 3rd visit. Really nice atmosphere. At the pool it wasnt busy so we could relax in peace. Favourite hotel in London. Helpful staff superb breakfast. We will come back. Big thanks to the reception team for accommodating us on top floor !

“Overbury Charity Quiz 2025”
We held the Overbury Charity Quiz at the Westminster Park Plaza and Agha and his team were helpful, attentive and very professional from the initial booking through to after the event. If we use the venue again, I will want Agha to be involved.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the end of august. When we arrived, we wanted to upgrade our room from a double standard to something better and we were granted two possibilities from which we chose a studio with a very large terrace access. The person from the reception was very nice, showing us each of the two rooms and wasting some time with us to make the arrangements. The studio was average, no much space for storage and with a small bathroom. The breakfast, not very good nor in diversity or quality and the restaurant pretty crowded. The best thing was the position of the hotel, near some points of interests and close to a subway station. So, if you intend to stay only a couple of days, it is not very bad if you are not very demanding.

Good location but disappointing service. We booked a twin room but arrived to find it wasn't configured as a twin. We called down to get it sorted. An hour later still not sorted, so we ended up not getting to bed till nearly 1am. The body wash in the bath and shower was empty and we had to ask to get it filled. We went to the health suite in the morning for a swim to be told you have to book to use it and it's full so we couldn't use the facilities. Why didn't reception tell us this when we booked! Rooms are decent and bathroom very nice but no mirror at the desk so you have to do your hair in corridor where lighting is poor. Concierge staff were very helpful.
