“Lovely hotel and very good location ”
My stay was absolutely delightful! The hotel itself is nice,maintained and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I especially want to commend January for her outstanding service.Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were truly appreciated. Many thanks

“Simply the best service 5☆”
We stayed here for new years eve and as soon as we walked in wow just wow. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the service here was up there with the best. We stayed here for new years eve and as soon as we walked in wow just wow. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the service here was up there with the best. We were offered breakfast and late check out (1PM) at no extra cost. January who bless her was ill was so nice. Even when we left this morning gave my wife a umbrella as it was raining which was really nice of her. Rooms were great. Big rooms, comfy beds and massive bathtub. Zero complaints about room. Location is perfect as its about 5 minute walk from marble arch Station - but just about away from the noise too so you will get a nice nights sleep. I have no hesitation in staying here again. Thanks again January for the wonderful service.
