“Amazing Service and Cutest Boutique Hotel!”

Best service ever! The hotel comes with its little quirks, being a boutique hotel and all; however, Jeana at the front desk made the experience completely worth it! She provided excellent service every day of the stay, going above and beyond! We had just come off of an 8 hour flight and thankfully Jeana was able to accomodate us and allowed us an early check-in. Right off the bat, that made my family and I’s impression of London an amazing one. Overall, the entire staff here was pleasant and very helpful, especially with our bags. I would 100% stay here again!

“To be recommened for tourists and short stay.”
Well and charmingly received upon arrival by Valee and Jeana. During my stay well looked after and very useful information given for excursions, sightseeing etc. etc. Single room small, but clean. Ideal location for tourists. Breakfast buffet ok.

“JEANA and TAMARA”
Everything was good but the rooms were very small, But hospitality was respectful and superb, special thanks to JEANA and TAMARA at the reception desk, both were very helpful while checking out , I can recommend this hotel for a stay in London.
