“Cool hotel, great spot, go-to East London Hotel”
I had the larger room with the couch area and record player. It was a very comfortable place to crash for a couple of days and do a bit of work while catching up with friends. The hotel has a good vibe and is in a great spot. I'd recommend a room on the higher floors which are a little less noisy.

“Amazing experience”
From start to finish - excellent service from all staff. I stayed in the double room and it was well worth the money. Excellent location. Couldn't ask for more - great for a fun weekend away with friends.

The personnel have been extremely helpful during this time of crisis. They've been nothing but service minded and accommodating. “Fantastic Customer Service”
We were booked to stay here for a wedding in June. We did not get to stay owing to the lockdown. However, having had a number of bookings for holidays which were cancelled, this was the easy booking to resolve. Ace Hotel provided us with a full refund promptly. “Always great”
Loved everything. I’m a particular fan of the bed sheets, mini bar and the mood of the hotel. Staff was super sweet, caring and helpful, not falling into the dangerous path of hipsterism that a lot of places in London loose with their unfriendly staff.
