Had a lovely stay at Novotel in Hammersmith. Conveniently a 10min walk max to Hammersmith tube station and also very close to the Apollo for shows and concerts. “Friendly staff”
Friendly service at breakfast from staff member Emma. Made to feel welcome. Allowed me to change seats when I unexpectedly met with some colleagues in the breakfast restaurant. Very accomodating. Always smiling. Leaves a positive reaction

“Maria was awesome 🙌🏻”
Maria on reception was a huge help and I highly appreciated her support throughout my stay. I’m sure I will be back. I was here on a business trip and very busy, at the end of my visit Maria helped me sort out the parking which was proving to be a nightmare alone.
