“Great place to stay”
Very well located right by Paddington station. My room was modern, spotless, beautifully finished and very well presented. Reception very helpful and friendly. All in all excellent value for money and I won’t hesitate to return.

“First Class”
Excellent hotel with first class staff & service. Room spotlessly clean & the bed was so comfortable I thought about not getting up. The breakfast was superb with a varied choice. The Norfolk Hotel is first class & I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

Everything was great with this hotel, the room, the staff, the location and the breakfast. My travel partner and I 100% recommend this hotel and we will book with them again for our next trip.

“Good find”
Clean, comfortable rooms, close to amenities. Good little bar and pleasant staff. Just need to replace the peeling headboard which spoils the look of the otherwise pleasant room. Great base to explore London.

“Good value but baried rooms”
Clean and well located hotel with good breakfast. Room 205 was small and noisy being close to the lift. Will stay again but not in this room.
