“Friendly, helpful staff”

The room was clean, well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ozam and the reception staff went out of their way to help us when my son had a medical issue. Nothing was a problem to them. Thank you so much. I will return to London next year and will stay at the Nayland once again.

Needed somewhere to stay last min that wasn’t too expensive and had good transport links. Staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly! Very basic hotel but would definitely stay again. I asked to reserve parking for my stay and was able to leave my car there until I returned from my appointment even though I had already checked out. Breakfast had lots of options and catered for dairy/gluten free. Fresh fruit and cakes were available too. Bedroom was small as I booked into a single room but bed was very comfortable and had everything you would need. They have free tea and coffee at reception. I had a really pleasant stay and was well rested. Very quiet room despite being in london. I would return in the future. Thank you once again.

We stayed two nights and it was perfectly fine for the price. Yes, the rooms are tiny but as it was just somewhere to sleep it didn’t bother us. The room was clean enough but a little more attention to detail such as cleaning in the corners of bedside tables would enhance the cleanliness but overall the room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. Staff are friendly. Bonus to have free tea and coffee in the reception. There is a small bar which is very reasonable in price. Breakfast was continental style and very reasonable for what was on offer, simple but plentiful. The only negative I found was that you can hear everything in the rooms all around you. It was quite noisy at night.

We needed somewhere to stay for just one night, as we were flying from Heathrow the following morning, so wanted to be close to the Heathrow Express (from Paddington). For the price paid, we couldn’t grumble too much. Yes the room was very small, but as it was just one night, we didn’t mind that. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very clean. The man on reception – I didn’t catch his name – was very very welcoming and friendly when we arrived, and you could help yourself to tea and coffee in reception too. We didn’t stick around for breakfast (we left at 6.30 am) so I can’t comment on that. Overall, if I was visiting London for two or three nights then I would probably look for something more central and better quality. But if travelling for the same purpose, I would definitely stay here again.
