“We might just go back…”
We booked because of the location, and were pleasantly surprised on arrival. We booked because of the location, and were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The staff were welcoming, and we were given an upgrade on our room because a party might have disturbed us where our original room was - thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and clean. The table and benches offered a lovely ‘sitting room’ area. Extra plus: the mini fridge at our disposable. Our 2 nights there were quiet and the bed was comfortable. All in all, we were really impressed.

“Perfect stylish hotel in great location”
Perfect hotel for overnight London stay. Welcoming, helpful, spotless, cosmopolitan, stylish. Lovely quiet room. Gorgeous restaurant with attentive staff. Whole experience is 10/10. Tasmia - such a brilliant hotel receptionist and really helpful.

“Tasmia was brilliant Amazing environment”
It was an amazing trip to Mama Shelter . The receptionist Tasmia did excellent job. The food was great . The drinks was very good. Everyone was very friendly specially Tasmia was super friendly with warm smile . Thanks for the amazing service everyone.

“Modern, fun and comfortable.”
The whole place was top notch. The actual hotel has a really unique and cool style and there is so much to do inside the premises - karaoke, dining, bar, bands. It was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. I will be staying here again.
