A wonderful experience with excellent on site owners and talented staff. Quiet rooms and nice breakfast. A bus stop right outside the door with a bus that passes many of the major sites. “Great boutique hotel in Southwest London”
Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast included. Delightful owners (twin brothers) and staff. Helpful and friendly. Hotel within an easy distance of Victoria Station and on a bus route (#24). Great location to get around the entire city. Plan to stay here again on our next visit across the pond.

Booked a triple room for nights. Room was clean, bedding and bed were spotless and extremely comfortable. Each bed had a socket with charging ports next to it, together with reading light and night spot light above the bed on the wall. There was a wardrobe with additional pillows if required. … more
Booked a triple room for nights. Room was clean, bedding and bed were spotless and extremely comfortable. Each bed had a socket with charging ports next to it, together with reading light and night spot light above the bed on the wall. There was a wardrobe with additional pillows if required. Tea and coffee were supplied with kettle etc. Hairdryer was supplied and better than some hotels if visited. Bathroom was clean and towels supplied and changed each day. Breakfast room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was served quickly and was well cooked. As mentioned staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We left our luggage on arrival as we were too early for check-in, then again on the last day so we could make the most of our time. Victoria station is around 15/20 minutes walk but you can also walk to Pilmaco underground which is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Also around 15 minutes away is the Uber water boats, which although more expensive than the underground, provided a more relaxed and pleased journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel for service, comfort, and location.

“A perfect place to stay in central London”
From the moment we arrived, we were made feel very welcome. The staff were exceptional. The room was very comfortable and was spotless. The breakfast was good with several options The hotel is located within a short walk to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and Westminster.
