Nice quick checkin and my room was a reasonable size with good seating. The gym is excellent, as is the Lounge. Good location too - close.to.Primrose Hill and Regents park - great for exercise. This was our third visit this year, and once again, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, James recognised us and greeted us with a warm, friendly welcome. His attentive service and genuine hospitality made us feel like truly valued guests. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for my disabled son, making our experience even more special. The hotel continues to impress us with its impeccable service and inviting atmosphere. We can’t wait to return again very soon!

In London to see The Lion King for my birthday weekend and on arrival at the hotel a porter collected our cases from the car. In London to see The Lion King for my birthday weekend and on arrival at the hotel a porter collected our cases from the car. Dhruv got us checked in efficiently then the porter took us to our room which was beautifully decorated with balloons, petals, towel displays and a cake and cards. Thanks very much to Paula who put it together, we loved it. Breakfast was fabulous with everything available from a full English to some Indian selections which I think is not always available. I had a freshly made omelette which was perfect. I was also curious about the pancake maker which rolls out freshly cooked pancakes at the press of a button. They were absolutely lovely! Overall we had a wonderful stay here and look forward to returning.

I wasn’t very happy when I first arrived as they hadn’t taken the payment from my business card even tho it’s was a prepay room the front staff are excellent and did the best they could and upgraded me the club lounge is fantastic and well worth the extra highly recommended and the waitress pragna hall in m lounge is a true asset and made my stay amazing definitely thumbs up for Marriott thank u and I’ve moved away from IHG diamond elite member to you guys
