I have been staying at The London Marriott Grovenor Square since 2003 , it’s has always been my second home in London. I stayed here for my birthday getaway, the check in process was very fast, efficient, with Mr. Leigh , he was very polite and welcoming. My room was spotless clean, very comfortable, with welcome gift , that was very kind gesture from the team members. The M Lounge , was my favorite place to have breakfast, the foods selection were amazing, fresh and delicious. The staff were great, professional and very friendly. The nigh shift team at the front desk, were always there to help, checking out all the times if I needed anything ( Thank you so much Mr. Amit and Mr.Mamood ). The concierge team were very helpful all the times, polite, professional with any questions. ( Thank you so much Mr.John, Francis, Manuel, Amar, Voin , Gabriel, Barry and Mohamed ). The doormen Mohammad , David , both of them were very friendly, always welcoming with a smile and polite. Thank you so much. On my last day, the hotel team surprise me in my room with very kind gesture of birthday gift, a very rare Lego model of Supra GR Model, birthday card with the team names, that’s was a very kind gesture from the hotel team and no one else during my 20+ years of staying in different Marriott Hotels Brands worldwide did it, plus being an Ambassador Elite member , that was a great recognition of the hotel staff. On top of that I have to give a huge thanks ,gratitude to Ms.Sarah Duffield, front of the house manager, she was check on me everyday if my stay was going well, email me before my arrival to make sure that I have a great stay , plus she is very polite, professional , always welcoming and goes the extra mile for her guests. That’s is very rare competency , skills she has in the hospitality industry in this days and I personally I have not encountered someone like her during my long time of staying in Marriott Hotels. Also a huge thanks, gratitude to Mr. Francis Kisby , the director of operations for meeting me whenever I’m in the hotel ,emailing me to check if I need anything during my stay and that is very kind gesture of him.
