On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Lovely reasonably priced hotel accommodation in Kensington . It doesn't look like a Premier Inn hotel as it is accommodated within the building similar to others in this area. I enjoyed breakfast, the bed, and the bathroom, as everything was comfortable. “Ok stay but very noisy.”
Was a lovely stay and brilliant location but it was very noisy with in the hotel we was on bottom floor room 1 and all we heard was foot steps all night and obviously the road being really busy due to it being London which was understandable but it was an ok stay and brilliant location.

Good: Good location, good price, pleasant staff and comfortable rooms Bad: Premier Inn invite you during the booking process to pay an additional fee for early check in, from 1100. We arrived at 1140 and our room was not ready. We were told that the early check in is not guaranteed and subject to availability and the fact that we were able to check in just gone midday, we had checked in earlier than the normal 1500 check in time and therefore accessed the service, no refund of fee paid was offered. Their T&Cs are all geared up to encourage you to pay the extra fee but do not warn you it is not guaranteed.
