“Great home away from home.”
Wonderful hotel. Small, cozy rooms, extremely clean. Responsive staff all around, from desk to breakfast room. The desk staff helped us reserve train tickets and made great restaurant recommendations. We felt at home from the beginning. I would not stay anywhere else if I were to return to London.

“Nice Friendly Hotel”
We had a room with triple beds and it was quite and down in basement, but nice room. Had elevator which helped. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful in providing help with rail systems, underground, restaurant suggestions, walking directions, etc. This assistance was used every day. Easy … more

“Good hotel, well located”
The hotel is very well located, central and quiet area, close to metro stations. Good and varied breakfast. Small room, but more than enough for sleeping, which was what we wanted it for. Everything was perfect.

“Stay was ok”
The room was a bit small and the hairdryer didn't work reliably (it obviously had a loose connection). However, the room service was good and everything was clean. The reception staff were friendly.
