“Great overnight stay”

Comfortable room and good food and service. The tv had no remote and it would be nice to have plug sockets both sides of the bed! The food was great and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Generally, we were very happy with our stay and would come again.

“Just ideal”

“Third or fourth visit”

We have stayed here a few times because of the location. 5 minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park tube (District Line), loads of restaurants shops and pubs nearby, not too far from the Lyric theatre and Eventim Apollo. We have stayed here a few times because of the location. 5 minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park tube (District Line), loads of restaurants shops and pubs nearby, not too far from the Lyric theatre and Eventim Apollo. Very diverse area, cuisine from around the world, never had a bad meal round here although I was gutted to find that Saigon Saigon had closed! Stock up on spices and unusual fruit and veg at Saffron supermarket opposite. Delicious dates and baklava. Stroll under the Great West Road and onto the river bank to find several great traditional pubs. The hotel itself is not attractive, the building is old, high rise and in need of refurbishment. There is very limited parking. We had a room on the second floor, it was fine, bed was comfy, the spare bed for our daughter was very hard but it didn’t matter because she decided not to come. Bathroom had a tub as well as shower. Hot water was a bit slow coming through one evening. Overall this hotel is ideal if you just want a base in this part of London and don’t mind an ugly building with a tired interior. Our room was quiet despite facing the road. I was a little taken aback to be told upon attempting to check in at 2.15pm that it would cost me £10 to check in early. Never encountered this at a Premier Inn before, don’t know if this is now standard practice, but if so it’s an unwelcome development and the main reason I have given 4/5 rather than 5/5. We will probably stay here again if the price is reasonable.
