Could not fault this hotel or the staff. We received a warm welcome on arrival from concierge and reception staff at around 11am. After an early flight into London we hoped drop off our bags until check in at 3pm but we were told one of our rooms was ready to check in, this was helpful. Our rooms were comfortable and clean with lots of luxuries included, white company toiletries, good selection of teas (we can never get decaf usually) coffee and a little sweet treat on the side. Slippers and robes were an added treat also. An iron and ironing board, safety deposit box are all available in room. A bug bear of mine usually is that there are never enough plug sockets near mirrors, this was not the case here, the lighting in the bathroom was also good. Rooms and amenities all refreshed on request. We didn't eat here so we cannot judge. The location was spot on, easy access to train and tube stations, train to and from Heathrow takes around 30mins. Borough market The Shard and access to the Southbank of the Thames, right on the doorstep. On our last night we returned to the hotel for drinks (great bar), we probably stayed a little longer than we should but staff at the bar, were very polite and allowed us time to finish our drinks. I had a lost property issue and on contacting the hotel, the team involved went out of their way to ensure my item was located and returned to me by post promptly. Thank you all. Just feel I need to mention hairdryers, this generally applies to all hotels.. they are never powerful enough!

The staff behind the desk, again, were delightful. Very friendly! We arrived too early to check in, so whilst we went to explore the city, our bags were taken from us and put into the storage. When we came back, check in was easy and our bags were already in our room for us. Our view was restricted by a few metal bars out the window but we could still see a good view of London. We were here to celebrate our recent engagement. The extra touches that the staff did for us meant a lot. They left me a note and I asked for if I could leave a little note for my Fiancé. He was so thrilled by it. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really has no fault. I 100% recommend it. I have attached some photos. I didn’t get any of the bathroom (only a video) but I can assure you, it was clean and kept to a high standard. Provided with flannels, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and moisturiser.

Our room was very comfy with still and sparkling water, fluffy gown, slippers, tea and coffee etc, gorgeous toiletries. We used the bar for snacks and it was good food and great service. We had booked breakfast which again was nice and lots of choice. The staff were absolutely spot on. Friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and we were impressed with the facilities, the service, the room and the food at the bar. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted by a gentleman on Concierge, I think his name was Constantine, who directed us to the reception desk to do the check-in. The check-in was easy and smooth. The receptionists were professional, helpful and kind. They explained us where our room is and how to get there. They also explained where the Londinium (their breakfast room) was. The Concierge gentleman asked us is we needed help with our luggage and he helped us carrying them up. Our room was on a 5th floor and in order to get inside the corridor of the rooms we had to use our card (made of bamboo! We loved this idea!) so I felt safe that non-residents cannot access the corridors, as we have experienced on the past in other hotels. Once we opened the door of our room, the first thing we noticed was how big the bed was. The room was clean, warm, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a Superior room and we discovered the minifridge had lots of goodies! The receptionists did inform us about it, but on our way up to the room we completely forgotten! We loved the fact that there was a bath so we could relax, but also a shower so we can get ready quickly on the morning. We went to have some food to their bar, called Quarter Bar, and we had a chicken burger, chicken salad and some cocktails. The espresso martini was delicious. The next two mornings we went for breakfast and there was a very smiley lady who welcomed us, walked us to a table and explained how does it work. She also asked what coffee and tea we wanted so by the time we went to get some food; our hot beverages were there. The check-out was quick and easy. As we were going around London before our next destination, we were able to leave our luggage with Constantine, which we picked up around 4pm. The whole experience was really good and we can’t wait to stay again soon! To all the team of London Bridge Hotel: Thank you for this fantastic stay.
