Very friendly staff, clean environment and very quiet room (309). The hotel is in a very central location at just 15 walk to the centre and wonderful independent shops around Langham Rd. This hotel is perfect for a short weekend as rooms are quite small and no parking at the hotel nevertheless a short distance to Kings Cross train station and tube. We will definitely be back.

“Great location for a business traveller”
Reasonable price, comfortable stay - I had a smallish single room which was fine for me as staying for business. Room well decorated and reception staff were friendly. Also reasonably priced for central London, and the hotel is in a great location close to Bond St. Would stay again.

Hotel was pleasant with everything you need, not massive rooms but perfect for one or two nights Great location close to oxford street and all shops Friendly staff, has lift which is handy and building looks nice from outside The bar area is a little dated and over priced

“Disappointed”
Hotel is in a great location. Staff are pleasant and room is clean , but small . Arrived on a cold Friday afternoon. Heating wasn’t working. Complained and they did send up a heater . Pretty cold . My daughter is pregnant.Person on reception said couldnt move rooms as it was the same in other ro… more
Hotel is in a great location. Staff are pleasant and room is clean , but small . Arrived on a cold Friday afternoon. Heating wasn’t working. Complained and they did send up a heater . Pretty cold . My daughter is pregnant.Person on reception said couldnt move rooms as it was the same in other rooms . Asked to speak with manager . Staff said he wasn’t in . Asked them again to lodge a complaint, and again said manager would be in next day . He would receive the complaint. No manger came near , Disappointed. Next day lift broke down . We were on the 3rd floor . Wasn’t fixed by the time we left on the Monday . A little gesture from the hotel would have been welcome . Don’t seem to bother about complaints.
