“Beautiful hotel in a great location”
We had a lovely stay. The staff was super nice and attentive, always helpful. The room was big and clean, super comfortable and the location is amazing, right across Hyde Park, near multiple metro stations and walking distance to Notting Hill, Oxford street and the museum quarter. “Small room with very noisy plumbing”
Hotel is an excellent location and reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room 216A was tiny, cramped but clean. There is an old wooden cupboard that dominates the room. There is a kettle with tea/coffee and shampoo and shower gel. No other amenities ie no USB plugs, shower cap or hand so… more
