The location is great, it has Shepperd`s Bush Underground Station just 300 meters away, and plenty of bus stops around . The Staff was very kind and helpful. Such a lovely stay, such kind staff and wonderful location, we were doing our christmas shopping at Westfield. Such a lovely stay, such kind staff and wonderful location, we were doing our christmas shopping at Westfield. Helpful from when we arrived the doorman was helping us sort out our car parking to the great cocktails after shopping and dinner, to the warm welcome at Breakfast from Iolanda and her team, great smashed avocado and poached eggs from Georgios the smiling chef! Love this hotel

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are good at the top. However, I asked to change my first room because even was good was half a lot because was near the waste pipes this room was located on the ground floor. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are good at the top. However, I asked to change my first room because even was good was half a lot because was near the waste pipes this room was located on the ground floor. After complaining they gave me a new room on the top floor and it was really good, no more smell. The place is really tidy and has good light, plenty of space and the bed good, no problems with sleeping. All good. By the way, the food in the restaurant is quite good as well as the room service. I also enjoyed the SPA, they have good treatments, high recommend it

“Great location ”
Decent hotel in a good location. 3 min walk to the tube and plenty of shops close by. Westfield is also a few minutes up the road. Staff super friendly and rooms were ok - little tatty in places and you have to pay for the leisure facilities but definitely stay again

The room size was amazing but when arrived there waa hairs on my towel. Left over rose petals at the back of the bath and the bath felt scummy when i got in. A few staines on the towels.£15 a drink is a bit steep. Nice there was an ice machine outside are room. Weird i didn't have to check in at th… more

Weird i didn't have to check in at the reception as its all done online but good you can use your phone to get in ur room but not so good when your phone is dead
