“Brilliant Location, great service, concierge was excellent”
We spent 2 nights here while touring London, the location is superb, food is excellent and the staff are fantastic. Stayed on the 6th floor, amazing views over the city. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always on hand and very pleasant. Excellent breakfast with great variety. P… more

“Great base in London”
This is a really great hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for staff - recent example was the business centre printing out our visas which arrived after we’d left home and not charging me. Rooms well appointed. A superb on site restaurant (Thei Randall) means there’s no need to spend money on tax… more
This is a really great hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for staff - recent example was the business centre printing out our visas which arrived after we’d left home and not charging me. Rooms well appointed. A superb on site restaurant (Thei Randall) means there’s no need to spend money on taxis to eat further afield. Location is great - you are right on Hyde and Green parks. All in all a great place to explore the wonderful city of London.

“Great service as always”
Expensive but worth the cost as service levels are great. Staff are all very professional and obviously well trained. We always try and find an Intercontinental when staying in cities. Jose in the cocktail lounge was particularly good and made great Negronis.

Unlimited bloody Mary’s may or may not be a good idea!

“Fabulous especially the Spa!”
Fantastic experience at the Intercontinental especially the Spa, Dawn and the team were absolutely amazing! A relaxing experience from greeting to the massage itself. Not only is the space beautifully decorated but clean and welcoming. I would recommend to everyone!
